Flowcrete Pacific’s flooring systems are designed for durability and longevity, reducing the need for frequent replacements. Unlike shorter life-cycle floors, our products minimise waste by avoiding the uplift, removal and disposal of worn-out materials. At the end of their life, our flooring can be removed as non-hazardous waste or simply floored over, further reducing environmental impact.

Reducing Waste and Emissions

We actively monitor and reduce waste across all operations. By reintroducing factory waste into our manufacturing processes and eliminating waste at the source, we lessen the burden on landfills. Our use of reusable UN-certified intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) also reduces packaging waste and fuel consumption, ensuring a more sustainable delivery process.

For over a decade, our flooring technologies have been moving towards water-based and solvent-free solutions, significantly lowering harmful volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions during installation. This commitment to low-VOC solutions ensures safer environments for both installers and end-users.
